Club Instructors

Instructors this year are Adam Lee, Rachelle Prestwood and Mark Whitehead. See below for their profiles.

Adam Lee

Adam is the head instructor.

Rachelle Prestwood

Rachelle is a 2nd Dan Black Belt. She started training in 1993, becoming a Black Belt in the summer of 1996 and a 2nd Dan in January 1999.

Since starting university in September 2001, Rachelle has been actively involved in the club and started teaching in 2003.

Mark Whitehead

Mark (or Marcus) is a 1st Dan black belt, and has been training since 1992. He started his path in Tae Kwon Do at the University club, and attained 1st Dan rank in 1997.
